Talking about fraud, this looks like the most bogus 'statement' I've seen from an unidentified 'source' in a long time:

And topping the list of shame was G42 Govanhill, followed closely by G41 Pollokshields.
These areas are full of imigrants, It does not surprise me the fraud is so high.

This is not so much as a racial geographicl thing as a banking thing. UK banks have helped to encourage increase fraud by making sure that credit card fraud is not recorded has a crime. The banks have helped top make this rampant CC fraud easy, by taking these crimes out of UK statistics. The Rothschild Banking network which controls the banks and gimp politicans have a [bold]LOT[/bold] to answer for...
