CLYDE 1 DJ Suzie McGuire, 45, was due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court today following a domestic incident involving her husband.
She was arrested yesterday and detained overnight after the alleged incident late on Saturday night, during which her husband Derek Mitchell is understood to have suffered injuries at the couple's home in Eaglesham in East Renfrewshire.
They have two children. Suzie is also mother to two other daughters.
