Talented cheerleaders are being urged to audition for the UK’s top sports dance team.
The Rockettes, who support Scotland’s only pro-basketball team The Glasgow Rocks and are the official dance team of the Glasgow Warriors rugby team, will hold auditions next month.
Dance team manager Carole Anne Deeney called the tryouts “dramatic”.
She said: “It’s usually a mix of tears and cheers as dreams are made and hopes are dashed.”
“It makes The X Factor look like The Sound of Music!.”
Carole is appealing for dancers in and around the Glasgow area to attend the auditions.
She said: “It’s a fantastic opportunity being able to dance at top class sports competitions around the world.”
The auditions will take place on May 9 at DW Fitness at the Fort Retail Park in Glasgow.
