Doctor Who and Sherlock are up against each other for two prizes at the National Television Awards on January 23.
The shows will challenge for Best Drama, while stars Matt Smith and Benedict Cumberbatch are up for Best Actor.
Former Doctor Who star Karen Gillan is up for Best Actress, along with Miranda Hart (Call The Midwife), Suranne Jones (Scott And Bailey) and Sheridan Smith (Mrs Biggs).
