A man jailed for six years after police seized cocaine and cannabis worth almost £500,000 has been ordered to hand over £7285 of crime profits.
Kevin McIndoe, 34, was described as playing "a prominent role" in a drugs distribution operation by a judge who sentenced him to imprisonment earlier this year.
The Crown raised proceedings to seize any crime profits from McIndoe following his conviction and the High Court in Edinburgh heard a settlement had been reached in the action and that cash will be confiscated.
McIndoe of Melville Park, East Kilbride, admitted being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug between April 13 and May 20 last year. He also pled guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis on May 20 last year
Police found him with a bin bag containing more than three kilos of cocaine at a flat in the town's Gullion Park.
They also discovered presses for compressing the Class A drug.
