SENIOR managers from some of Europe's best companies are visiting Scotland's largest social landlord, Glasgow Housing Association.
Assessors from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) are spending a week in Glasgow looking at how far GHA has come as an organisation in its work creating stronger communities and helping people have better lives.
GHA is being assessed against the EFQM Excellence model for an international award.
Martin Armstrong, GHA Chief Executive, said: "We are constantly looking to improve.
"This is about benchmarking ourselves against the best companies in Europe."
The visit comes two years after GHA became the only organisation from the public, private and voluntary sector to gain the five-star Recognised for Excellence rating by Quality Scotland.
