Yes, it looks like the Eva Peron, but the venue is Glasgow.
Portuguese actress Madalena Alberto brought the former First Lady of Argentina back to life at the City Chambers as she recreated Peron's most famous pose.
She was helping to publicise the latest production of the musical Evita, which is at the King's Theatre until Saturday, June 15, and which also stars Scots singer Marti Pellow.
Evita, as Peron was affectionately known, is remembered for an address she made as she considered running for the position of Vice-President in 1951, on the balcony of Casa Rosada, the Argentinian House of Government. It is estimated her speech – in which she turned down the role – was seen and heard by up to two million people.
The story of her life – the tale of a girl from humble beginnings, who grew up to marry the president of her country, before dying of cancer at the age of 33 – was turned into a musical in 1976.
Songs which went on to be huge hits include Don't Cry For Me Argentina, Another Suitcase in Another Hall, and Oh What A Circus.
