AN ex-employee of Ultimo bra tycoon Michelle Mone's company is suing for constructive dismissal.
Hugh McGinley, who has a lower-paying job after resigning from MJM International Ltd last year, is demanding compensation for loss of earnings.
He is also claimed that the resignation of the company's finance director left him with an increased workload and conversations involving him and operations director Scott Kilday were secretly recorded.
No evidence was heard at the employment tribunal, which sat yesterday in Glasgow.
