RANGERS FIRST have confirmed they will vote for all seven resolutions and bid to oust the Ibrox board at the EGM.
The majority of members having now had their say on how they wish the group to vote at the EGM, and have overwhelmingly backed Dave King.
Spokesman Ricki Neill has confirmed they will be in favour of all resolutions to seek the removal of David Somers, Derek Llambias, Barry Leach and James Easdale and appointments of Dave King, Paul Murray and John Gilligan.
Ricki said: "It is clear our members want a change at boardroom level and we will be voting in line with their wishes."
The fan ownership group have seen support steadily increase in the last few weeks as thousands of new members have signed up.
After making another share purchase in recent days, they now own 1.75% of Rangers International Football Club plc.
Former Ibrox director King, Murray andGilligan are seeking to overthrow the Gers hierarchy at the highly-anticipated meeting.
Earlier this week, the Rangers Supporters Trust have confirmed they will also vote for all seven resolutions.
Meanwhile, Rangers' board have blamed "threats" for a sudden change in the venue for the crunch EGM next month.
It comes after London's Grange Hotel at Tower Hill, the second venue for the meeting, announced it would not be hosting the event on Wednesday, March 4.
In a statement to the stock exchange, the board said: "It is with regret that the board must announce that, following threats from persons unknown, the Grange Hotel at Tower Hill in London has informed the company that it is no longer willing to host the general meeting on 4 March 2015.
"Accordingly, the new venue for this general meeting will be Ibrox Stadium, in Glasgow, at a date to be determined."
