Lord Sugar has flexed his firing finger for almost the last time and now there are just two apprentices left fighting to win this year's series.

The two remaining contestants are:

:: Mark Wright, 24, an Australian digital marketing sales manager who lives in London.

Like all good apprentices, Wright is not short of confidence. Asked to describe his worst personal qualities he said: "I like to think I don't have any" but did admit some people might think he is arrogant.

Wright, who says he was born to sell, rubbed up against Daniel Lassman in the battle to be declared The Apprentice alpha male.

His claims that Lassman's sales technique was "horrendous" led Lord Sugar to describe the pair as "oil and water".

One of his lowest points was catching Nick Hewer's eye with his truth-bending claim that he should project manage the trip to New York because his day job was in advertising, leading Lord Sugar's sidekick to mutter that was "not quite right".

Wright's corporate catchphrase is: "I talk the talk, I walk the walk and I dance the dance".

: Bianca Miller, 25, from London owns a branding company.

The entrepreneur, who models herself on Oprah Winfrey, admits she can get too emotional at times.

She came in for criticism from fired contestant Sanjay Sood-Smith, who said she played a negative game and picked on other people's flaws.

That was certainly the case when she clashed with fellow contestant James Hill in an over-heated kitchen showdown.

The pair shouted over each other before she delivered the most withering put-down of the series, telling viewers: "A wise man speaks because he has something to say, a fool speaks because he has to say something.

"I'm not saying he's a fool, but he likes speaking a lot."
