A MAIN street has been closed off after storms cause flying debris in the city centre.
Gale force winds blew off metal sheeting from the Marks Hotel on Bath Street, shortly before 1pm today.
Officers have now sealed off the street between Hope Street and West Campbell Street to prevent passersby being injured by the flying debris.
The area will be closed off until further notice, and local diversions have been put in place.
