FREE shuttle buses have been laid on to take sports fans to the Emirates Airline Glasgow Rugby Sevens at Scotstoun this weekend.
They will run between the city centre, Partick Interchange and the stadium on Saturday and Sunday.
Services from Buchanan Bus Station and Partick will operate up to a maximum of every eight minutes between 9.45am and 3pm, then every 15 minutes from 3pm-4pm.
The service will be free for ticket holders.
From 7pm on both days a total of 34 buses will return fans to the bus station and the West End.
About 30,000 people are expected to travel to Scotstoun for the event and they are being urged to ease the strain on public transport by using the shuttle.
A Glasgow Life spokesman said: "The event is again shaping up to be a weekend of world class rugby.
"Last year's shuttle bus service was a great success and we will again be offering a free bus service to get fans to and from the stadium as quickly and conveniently as possible."
Among the countries Scotland will be competing with are reigning series champions the All Blacks, South Africa, Fiji, France, England and Australia.
