A POPULAR fine dining restaurant has mysteriously shut its doors.
La Vallée Blanche, in Byres Road, has suddenly closed without any explanation.
It opened in 2007 and was regarded by Glasgow restaurant-goers as one of the city's best French restaurants.
But today the restaurant remains empty and the doors closed.
It's not clear if it will reopen.
The diner offered traditional French cuisine with a "Scottish twist".
A statement on the restaurant's website reads: "La Vallée Blanche has now closed. Thanks to all of you for your custom."
The company also run Charlie Rock's in Byres Road and Old Salty's in Finnieston.
