THE funeral of footballer Adam Bain was held yesterday.
Family and friends paid tribute to the 30-year-old player, who collapsed after suffering a suspected brain haemorrhage while playing for amateur team Gartcosh United, last Saturday.
The funeral took place in Chryston Parish Church, Lanarkshire, and the coffin was carried through his home town led by pipers.
