AROUND 80 residents evacuated from their homes following a gas leak were unable to return last night.
The residents at Silverfir Court in the Gorbals, some of whom were aged 80 or older, stayed with friends and family, or in hotels. A spokeswoman from Scotia Gas Networks said they anticipated residents would be able to return today.
