The Scottish Fashion Awards are to be held in Glasgow for the first time.
Television fashion presenter Louise Roe will host the event in the Science Centre and Imax cinema on June 20.
The awards have been hosted at Stirling Castle since being launched in 2006.
The event will include catwalk shows of the nominated and winning designers’ work, as well as an after-show party.
Tessa Hartmann, founder and producer of the event, said: “These awards will honour the very best of Scottish fashion and present a phenomenal opportunity for home-grown talent to showcase their work.”
Previous award winners include Christopher Kane, who has just unveiled his most recent collection for Versace’s diffusion label Versus in Milan, and Graeme Black, a key designer often worn by Sarah Brown, the Prime Minister’s wife.
Categories this year will include Designer of the Year, Textile Designer of the Year and the Hall of Fame award.
Nominees will be judged by some of the most famous and respected names in the fashion industry, including designer Amanda Wakeley, Grazia’s style director Paula Reid and president of Ralph Lauren Europe, Brian Duffy.
