Carol McMath is in the final three of the Best Public Caterer category of the BBC Food and Farming Awards 2011.

Carol, 46, cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner for 18 young people and 27 staff at the Kibble Secure Unit and her aim is to make sure all eat a healthier version of their favourite foods.
