DARING Kel Glaister hit the heights during a 'Parkour jam' event to introduce women to extreme sport.
Looking on at the training day at Rottenrow is Cat Sinclair, 17, who joined in the class.
Parkour allows women to develop their own training style while getting a thorough work-out.
The activity focuses on efficient and fluid movement through any terrain using running, jumping, climbing , vaulting, crawling and rolling to overcome obstacles.
Training starts at ground level to avoid unnecessary risks, but as Kel shows, can quickly lead to higher things.
The 'Parkour jam' was organised by Glasgow Parkour Girls to encourage women to challenge themselves physically and mentally.
