A MAN has died while walking at Ben Lomond.
Emergency services were called to the Munro, on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond, at around 11.50am on Sunday.
A Scottish Ambulance helicopter, rescue teams and police attended.
The man, whose age is not known, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is understood the man may have fallen.
Police said there are no suspicious circumstances.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Police in Forth Valley were called to Ben Lomond at 11.50am this morning following reports of concern for a person.
"Emergency services attended and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
