AN animal charity wants to help reunite Glasgow's lost birds with their owners.
The Scottish SPCA has issued a plea after they rescued several pet birds in the city and surrounding areas.
Four budgies, two canaries, a zebra finch and a hen were all rescued last weekend.
They are being cared for at the Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre, in Cardonald.
Centre Manager Anna O'Donnell said: "It would be great to reunite these adventurous birds with their owners.
Anyone who has lost a pet bird is asked to call the Scottish SPCA Animal Helpline on 03000 999 999.
