Jobeth Boyle, 16, described seeing four people get into a car that drove over Audrey Gray, on McGregor Street, in Glasgow's Govan area.
She said she watched from the window of her gran's house as Ms Gray - who had been visiting the girl's family - left and walked out on to the street.
Miss Boyle claimed Ms Gray, 50, looked a bit angry and as if she was shouting at the people who got into a car outside, before it hit her and drove away.
She was giving evidence yesterday (Mon) at the High Court in Glasgow at the trial of John Henderson, 55, who is accused of causing the death of Ms Gray by dangerous driving on May 4, last year.
Henderson, from Bishopton, Renfrewshire, faces an alternative charge of causing her death by careless driving and other charges of failing to stop after the incident and driving without insurance.
Henderson denies the charges and the trial continues.
