THE Welsh government has produced a simple graphic which explains how the new opt-out transplant system will work.
On 1 December 2015, Wales will be the first UK country to introduce a soft opt-out system for organ and tissue donation.
The government estimates the change will lead to an extra 45 transplant operations each year.
Glasgow MSP Anne McTaggart is steering a bill through parliament which aims to introduce the same system in Scotland.
