Ibrox idol Ricksen marries partner
RANGERS hero Fernando Ricksen, who is suffering from Motor Neurone Disease, has wed his Russian partner.
The former footballer's biographer Vincent de Vries tweeted a picture of Ricksen with his new wife Veronika and their daughter Isabella with the caption: "Just married: Fernando & Veronika."
The Dutchman was diagnosed with the incurable condition last year.
The rare disease affects the upper and lower motor neurons and can affect the arms, legs, or facial muscles.
