Several businesses have been evacuated following reports of a gas leak.
A cordon is in place around the area at the Springkerse Trade Park in Stirling while authorities deal with the incident, which was reported at around 10am.
Police said four premises have been evacuated, including a Spar shop and a petrol station.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: "We are currently in attendance at the Springkerse Trade Park in Stirling following a report of a gas leak.
"Specialist engineers from the SGN have been alerted and a cordon is in place, which is affecting the local roads network.
"A number of nearby businesses have also been evacuated as a safety precaution and members of the public are thanked for their patience and co-operation while emergency services and the SGN work towards making the area safe."
There have been no reports of any injuries.
