World No.1, Andy Murray won the crowd over at a charity match against Roger Federer on Monday night when he invited the ball boy to serve for him during match point against the Swiss.

The Match for Africa 3, held in Zurich, Switzerland saw the Wimbeldon champ return to the court after a month break.

The 29 year hold offered his place on court to the young ball boy, who hesitated at first, but eventually took the raquet from Murray and even asked his fellow ball boys to throw him a ball so he could take on the Swiss pro.

Despite encouragement from Murray and the crowd, the ball boy served two faults.

When invited by Federer to try again he politely declined and returned the racquet to Murray.

Federer went on to win the lighthearted match against the world champ.
