CINDERELLA star Jenny Douglas is backing Glasgow's Cancer Support Scotland service, which offers a range of complementary therapies for patients undergoing treatment.
The charity has now added chiropody to its list of free services.
Jenny gave her backing as she prepared for another performance of the fairytale classic at the King's Theatre.
She said: "The chiropody service which Cancer Support Scotland provides is a fantastic help to people with cancer, especially when they have other costs to meet."
Colin Graham, chief executive of the charity, said: "People undergoing treatment often have mobility and flexibility difficulties and for them the task of looking after their feet properly by themselves can become almost impossible.
"It can be seriously debilitating for someone already coping with a very serious illness."
Jenny, who was runner-up in the BBC television show Over the Rainbow and toured with the theatre production We Will Rock You, stars in Cinderella, alongside Karen Dunbar (The Gorbals Fairy Godmother), Des Clarke (Buttons) and Gavin Mitchell and Gordon Cooper (The Ugly Sisters) in Cinderella at the King's Theatre until January 6.
