A MAN jailed for the murder of Glasgow schoolboy Kriss Donald is still demanding compensation for being kept in solitary confinement.
Imran Shahid, 36, known as Baldy, was jailed for life in 2006 for his part in the schoolboy's race-hate murder.
His lawyers told the Court of Session in Edinburgh that keeping him from other prisoners breached prison rules and his human rights.
Lord Malcolm threw the case out in November 2011 but appeal judges are now hearing a challenge to that ruling.
