Kids to fly the flag at Celtic tie

IT'S the dream ticket for any young Celtic FC fan – the chance to take centre stage when the Hoops take on the mega-stars of Barcelona FC in the UEFA Champions League at Celtic Park.

The Evening Times has teamed up with Ford to offer lucky young fans the chance to be on the pitch for the pre-match ceremony, as the players line up.

Celtic FC are looking for revenge after narrowly missing out this week on taking points off the Spanish giants on their own patch.

And with a home crowd behind them Neil Lennon's side are hoping they'll be able to keep their European dream alive and give the likes of Messi, Xavi and Iniesta a shock.

The two sides meet again on Wednesday November 7, with Celtic FC still in the chase, lying second in their group behind the Catalan giants.

Ford is offering a once in a lifetime chance for 11 youngsters to attend the Celtic v Barcelona game at Celtic Park on Wednesday November 7.

The winners (aged 14-16) will carry the UEFA Starball Banner on to the pitch in the pre-match ceremony, as the players line up before kick-off. This brilliant prize also includes one match ticket each for the children, plus transport to and from Celtic Park. If you are between 14 and 16 and want to win this unforgettable experience, then simply answer the question on the right and get your parent / guardian (over 18) to sign the permission form.

The UEFA Champions League features the best of the best on the ultimate stage, which is why Ford is proud to have been the competition's official vehicle supplier for the last 20 years.
