ART history student Jessica Harpur gets to grips with a bronze helmet from movie blockbuster Gladiator at a stunning new exhibition.
Battle dress and props from some of the biggest war movies are on show at Clydebank Museum and Art Gallery from today.
The Way of the Warrior is a free, touring exhibition of movie arms and armour used in epic historical blockbuster movies.
Each mannequin wears costumes and replica weaponry from films including Alexander, The Last Samurai, Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down and Centurion.
The exhibits are accompanied by detailed information on the weapons, tactics and philosophies of the warriors, and their most famous battlefield encounters.
The collection is on show from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4.30pm and will run until May 24.
