An 18-year-old man has died and a woman is in a serious condition in a Dundee hospital after a head-on car collision on the A91 Bow of Fife just before 8am yesterday.
The man was driving a Peugeot 206 and the 51-year-old woman was driving a Peugeot 207.
Chief Inspector Brenda Sinclair, head of road policing for Fife Constabulary, said: "I would encourage any witnesses to let us know any details they may have."
