Man arrested following an alleged shooting in Greenock
A MAN has been arrested following an alleged shooting in Greenock.
The incident happened on Poplar Street on Sunday February 1, around 12.45pm.
Two people were said to have been targeted after a gun was allegedly discharged at a Vauxhall Insignia car.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested and detained in police custody in connection with the incident.
He is anticipated to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court tomorrow.
