A MAN was due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court today in connection with the death of another man in Lanarkshire.
Police were called to a disturbance at a house in Annathill Gardens, Coatbridge on Sunday. They found a 42-year-old man seriously injured in the house.
The man, who was named by police as Alistair Milroy of Galloway Road, East Kilbride, was taken to Glasgow's Royal Infirmary but died a short time later.
A 47-year-old was arrested in connection with his death.
