Moises Santos, 31 yesterday appeared at the High Court in Glasgow.
Santos is accused of raping a woman at the Cathouse in the city's Union Street on July 6, last year.
It is said to have happened after the Brazillian national entered female toilets at the club.
He is then said to have prevented his alleged victim from leaving.
Santos, of London, faces a separate accusation of sexually assaulting the same woman on that date.
He is finally alleged to have carried out a sex attack on a second female at the club by putting his arms around her, kissing her on the face and attempting to kiss her on the lips.
Greg Farrell, defending, entered not guilty pleas on behalf of Santos.
Judge Lord Turnbull set a trial due to begin on November 22 at the High Court in Edinburgh.
