Man held over death

A MAN is due to appear in court today after a man died following a disturbance at a house in Glasgow.

Ryan McNeill, 29, died at an address in the Easterhouse area of the city on Saturday morning.

Officers were called to a house in Conisborough Road shortly before 2am.

A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "A 27-year-old man has been arrested and is presently detained in police custody in connection with the incident.

"A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal."
