A MAN has appeared in court charged with murder following a death at a shopping centre.
John Paul Bird, 29, made no plea or declaration during a private hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Bird had earlier been arrested after a 40 year-old man was injured at the city's Springburn Shopping Centre.
He was remanded in custody.
