A MAN was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Govanhill.
The man, in his 60s, was hit shortly before 3pm on Thursday, at Victoria Road.
Emergency services attended and he was taken to the Victoria Infirmary.
His condition is thought to be serious.
There is a large police presence in the area.
Queen's Drive in Glasgow is closed, causing some traffic queues.
