Martha Payne, 9, set up the NeverSeconds blog six weeks ago, with pictures and opinions about her lunches.
Last week, she was told by Argyll and Bute Council she could no longer take photos as media coverage had left catering staff fearing for their jobs.
The council backtracked after a barrage of negative publicity.
Martha's father David met leader Roddy McCuish in Kilmory to discuss the issue.
Mr McCuish said he was pleased to meet Mr Payne, whose daughter "has managed to change the way we all look at school meals".
Mr Payne, of Lochgilphead, said: "We are confident even more money will be raised for Mary's Meals."
The ban led to thousands of donations flooding in to Martha's JustGiving site, which she set up to raise money for the charity.
She has raised almost £95,000 after 6.5million blog hits.
