A MISSING student was spotted in Glasgow the day after she disappeared.
Yulia Solodyankina, a 22-year-old Russian who was studying physics at Edinburgh University, was reported missing on Wednesday June 12.
CCTV footage has now been released by police from the day after what had been her last confirmed sighting – at the Wee Red Bar in Edinburgh's Lady Lawson Street on Thursday, June 6.
The new footage shows her in South Bridge, in Edinburgh city centre, at 2.50pm on Friday, June 7.
The student was later spotted on CCTV at Glasgow's Buchanan Bus Station, at 4.55pm that day.
But that footage has not yet been released by officers.
The pictures released show that Ms Solod-yankina was wearing a dark coat with a belt, dark shoulder bag, a red and orange scarf, grey trousers and brown shoes with white laces.
The missing woman, who speaks fluent English with a Russian accent, is described as 5ft 6ins with a small mole on her left cheek.
