FALKIR MP Eric Joyce has pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and criminal damage in London.
The 54-year-old appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court following an incident in Camden on October 17.
He faces two charges of common assault and one of criminal damage, all of which he denies.
District Judge Margot Coleman conditionally bailed the independent MP to appear for trial at the same court on 1 May.
