A PENSIONER mum has won a court action to get her house back from her son.
The Court of Session in Edinburgh heard William Edgar pestered his mum to put her Greenock home in their joint names.
He promised Mary, then 74, a new kitchen and carpets for the Nicholson Street flat but instead blew most of the loan.
Lord Burns said the arrangement made in December 2008 should be overturned after hearing of Mrs Edgar's medical problems.
