NEW state-of-the-art student accommodation has opened in Glasgow's West End.
Hyndland House will be home to 174 students with free wi-fi, a shared common room, bicycle storage, a communal outside garden area with BBQ and benches, an on-site launderette, secure entry and CCTV.
Micha Fell, Derwent Students' national sales and marketing manager, said: "We're very excited to be managing our first property in Glasgow."
