GLASGOW is getting a brand new digital radio station featuring 'good-mood' music and celebrity presenters.

 

Digital station Magic will will be available nationally from today, with shows by Christine Bleakley and Denise Van Outen.

John Barrowman, star of Doctor Who, Torchwood and a regular on the panto circuit, will have his own show every Sunday from 6pm starting on January 11.

The station is owned by Bauer Media Group, who also own Radio Clyde and more than 50 radio and TV stations, and magazines in the UK including Heat, Kiss, and Absolute Radio.

It will play a mix of music from Michael Bublé to Queen.

Saturday presenter Denise Van Outen said: "We are starting the Magic New Year with a bang. We really hope you can join us with some good mood music and we promise to keep you smiling all week."
