Legislation that will establish the first tax collection system in Scotland in 300 years has been passed by MSPs.
The Revenue Scotland and Tax Powers Bill will set up Revenue Scotland, the new body which will collect two newly-devolved taxes. The Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and the Scottish Landfill Tax come into operation next April.
