£5m bus station revamp set to be given the green light

Plans to develop a £5million bus interchange are expected to be approved by councillors later this week.

Work on the project, which includes 14 bus stands and a new travel centre, is due to start before the end of next month.

It is due to be completed by the end of next year according to plans drawn up by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport.
