TWO bosses have been appointed at NHS Lanarkshire.
Scotland's health secretary Alex Neil has confirmed the appointment of Neena Mahal as chairwoman and Ian Ross as chief executive.
Mrs Mahal has been interim chairwoman since May, while Mr Ross has been acting chief executive for the last eight months.
Mrs Mahal said: "I feel very privileged to be given the opportunity to build on the good work already started."
Mr Ross said: "We have an excellent workforce and I am looking forward to continuing to work with them and our partners to deliver top quality care."
