Opponents of a trade deal being negotiated between the EU and the US have accused the Tories and LibDems of being "isolated" in supporting the proposal.
Unite is campaigning against the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, warning it would lead to more NHS services being privatised.
The union surveyed MEPs and said Labour, Ukip, the Greens, Plaid Cymru and the SNP opposed the deal.
Only two out of 19 Tories MEPs responded, while the one LibDem MEP supported the inclusion of the NHS.
