AN intensive care nurse has lost her job after putting a patient at risk of electrocution.
Theresa McGuigan, a staff nurse at Wishaw General, was struck off the nursing register after being found guilt of 10 charges of misconduct.
The nurse of 30 years was caring for a patient who had been admitted to an emergency ward after suffering a cardiac arrest.
