A BIKER has been taken to hospital following a two vehicle collision in Glasgow city centre.
It happened at the junction of George V Bridge and the junction with Oswald Street on the Broomielaw around 11am.
The Broomielaw was closed both directions from Jamaica Street to Oswald Street.
Police said a 44-year-old motorcyclist was injured.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “At around 11am, police were called to a report of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
“A 44-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
“He is in a serious condition.”
