A ROADSHOW is being held in Glasgow to help raise awareness about cancers affecting men.
The Orchid Male Cancer Awareness Roadshow will be at Enoch Shopping Centre on Monday between 9am and 5pm.
More than 330,000 people were diagnosed with cancer in 2011 and almost 15% of these were male specific cancers - including prostate cancer.
However, a recent poll showed 64% of men in Scotland do not know how to check themselves for cancer.
Rebecca Porta, Orchid Chief Executive, said: "We hope this event will help improve the understanding of male cancers and provide vital knowledge that will help save lives."
