Our fight to save school will go on CITY COUNCILLORS IN PARLIAMENT BID TO REVERSE DECISION

THE battle to save a Glasgow special needs school from closure will go on, say parents.

City education bosses voted to shut Gadburn Primary, Springburn, despite fierce opposition from parents.

But parents now have the backing of local councillors who want the Scottish Government to intervene.

SNP councillor Grant Thoms has asked the Government to 'call in' the decision by Glasgow City Council. This could mean the Government will review the decision and could tell the council to change the decision.
